About the role

Join Mastercard’s 2027 Internship Program in Mexico City and work on real‑world projects across Sales, Enterprise Strategy, Project Management, Product Management and Finance. The one‑year hybrid internship offers hands‑on experience, networking events and leadership talks while you contribute to business results.

Key responsibilities

• Support teams in developing sales strategies and market analysis.
• Assist enterprise strategy groups with research and recommendation reports.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to product management tasks such as feature definition and user testing.
• Work with finance professionals on budgeting, forecasting and data analysis.

Required profile

• Student expected to graduate at the end of 2027.
• Strong academic record.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to take thoughtful risks.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively.
