About the role

Join another.co as a Junior Corporate Lawyer (Legal Assistant) to support the legal needs of a global communications agency. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update service agreements, NDAs, influencer/talent contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Track signatures, expirations, renewals, and maintain both digital and physical legal archives.
• Prepare legal reports, databases, and internal control documentation.
• Coordinate document collection with Finance, HR, Accounts, Production and other departments.
• Support data‑protection processes and ensure campaigns comply with applicable regulations.
• Provide basic legal support to account and project teams and manage communications with external law firms when needed.
• Assist with IP activities, including trademark and copyright applications, rights reservations, and licensing documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal areas, law firms, or legal departments.
• Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property (copyright, trademarks), regulatory compliance, and contracts.
• Experience with IP registration processes and contract review.
• Intermediate‑advanced English for document review and communication with international partners.
