About the role

TMSourcing is seeking a Senior Corporate and Transactional Attorney to join its Mexico City team. The professional will advise on complex corporate and financial transactions, supporting fiduciary, legal‑engineering and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate and draft contracts, corporate governance documents and transactional agreements for high‑profile clients.
• Analyze legal risks, prepare opinions and optimize corporate structures in collaboration with fiscal and compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting financial intermediaries and asset‑management activities across Latin America.
• Interact directly with clients, contribute to business‑development initiatives and coordinate with internal business units.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate and transactional law, including trust structures and legal‑engineering solutions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, AML and data‑privacy frameworks in Mexico and Latin America.
• Solid understanding of tax implications in corporate and transactional matters.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal communication in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho); postgraduate studies in corporate, financial or tax law are a plus.
