Access Control Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Access Control Technician to join our IT team in Mexico City. The role focuses on managing user access throughout the lifecycle, ensuring security and compliance across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process onboarding, off‑boarding and transfer requests from the ticket queue, creating, modifying or deleting accounts in Active Directory, RHEL and databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL).
• Provision and maintain access permissions for shared folders on NAS and configure SFTP services on Windows and RHEL platforms.
• Maintain and standardise service accounts in Active Directory.
• Provide provisioning support, handling tickets, delivering customer service and applying least‑privilege principles.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with account provisioning and access management.
• Familiarity with ticket‑based support environments and customer‑focused service.
• Understanding of least‑privilege security methodology.
