Account Development Manager - Tightening and Welding

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an Account Development Manager for tightening and welding technology in Ciudad General Escobedo. The role identifies, develops and expands business opportunities in assigned territories or customer segments, builds relationships with current and potential customers, understands their automation needs and offers tailored solutions aligned with the company's portfolio. It acts as a bridge between customers, engineering and internal sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assembly industry and its accounts.
• Expand sales of Joining Solutions products and solutions in existing and new customer accounts.
• Prepare and implement account development plans in line with company objectives.
• Work closely with application engineers and technical teams to deliver value-added proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Provide market feedback to product management and leadership.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge of tightening and spot welding theory.
• Knowledge of assembly production lines.
• Knowledge of electric and mechanical aggregates needed to complete tightening or spot welding projects.
• Knowledge of key industrial protocols used to transfer information from control units to customer databases.
• Knowledge of PLCs and main field buses, and of robotics.
• Value selling, relationship building, negotiation and influence skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.
