About the role
The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that all client requirements are met accurately and efficiently. This role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction while supporting the company's sales and financial objectives within the electronics manufacturing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Implement customer requirements correctly and monitor contribution margin.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and provide regular sales reports to the group sales controller.
- Use the initial sales budget as a guideline for company budgeting and manage GPV interface channels.
- Ensure accurate order handling and coordinate cooperation among all involved parties.
- Initiate project improvements related to delivery, cost, quality, and service.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a mature and pleasant personality.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of systematic problem solving and decision making.
