Account Manager

About the role

Mitratech is seeking an Account Manager to join its globally dispersed team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring they receive maximum value from Mitratech’s legal, risk, compliance, and HR solutions while driving net revenue retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, targeting net revenue retention and expansion above 100%.
• Develop detailed account plans with clear revenue targets and growth milestones.
• Identify and negotiate expansion opportunities, including multi‑year renewals, price adjustments, upsells, and cross‑sells.
• Maintain a rigorous pipeline of sales and retention targets with accurate forecasting.
• Conduct quarterly value‑based business reviews and cadence calls focused on growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a world‑class customer experience across all Mitratech solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of sales and/or account‑management experience.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop account plans and conduct value‑based business reviews.
