Account Manager – Short‑Term Rental Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our fast‑growing short‑term rental team. You will own a portfolio of property owners, develop revenue‑optimisation strategies and ensure clients achieve maximum occupancy and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Design and execute revenue strategies to boost occupancy, ADR and overall portfolio performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns.
• Manage pricing, availability and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Prepare and present performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue insights).
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications and marketing teams.
• Identify process‑improvement and revenue‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, revenue management or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record of managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals or hospitality portfolios.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Revenue‑management platforms such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse or Beyond Pricing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).
• Familiarity with property‑management systems (Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, OwnerRez).
