Account Manager – Ultra-Luxury Cruise (Mexico)

About the role

As the face of Silversea’s ultra‑luxury cruise brand in Mexico, the Account Manager will lead commercial strategy to accelerate sales performance and expand market share. Based in Mexico City (with openness to Monterrey), you will work closely with high‑value trade partners to drive revenue, guest volume and yield.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of premium travel trade partners and maximize revenue, guest volume and yield across all accounts.
• Develop and execute high‑impact sales and marketing strategies aligned with aggressive revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, unlock untapped segments and expand distribution channels within the Mexican market.
• Continuously analyze sales performance, market trends and customer behavior to adjust strategies and exceed targets.
• Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders to influence sales behavior and position Silversea as the preferred ultra‑luxury cruise brand.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated trade‑marketing campaigns, managing agencies and partners across digital and offline channels.
• Ensure timely and impactful communication of promotions, product news and offers to trade partners.

Required profile

• Highly driven, commercially focused professional with a proven track record in sales or marketing.
• Experience working with travel trade partners or in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust tactics.
• Fluency in Spanish and English and willingness to work in Mexico City (or Monterrey).
