Account Operations Associate

About the role

As an Account Operations Associate you will be the critical link between brand partners, internal teams and solutions that drive customer satisfaction. Working under the Account Ops Manager you will help build the team from its inception, focusing on project management and cross‑departmental problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between solutions engineering, customer support, customer success, operations, finance and product teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Serve as the first point of escalation and main contact for identified customer problems, ensuring swift resolution.
• Work closely with the daily operations team to understand the supply chain and pinpoint shipment‑level issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain high NPS scores for brands.
• Partner with the Customer Support team to triage account‑level issues.

Required profile

• Strong pattern‑recognition skills, able to spot trends and connections in data.
• Ownership mindset – see projects through from inception to completion.
• Comfort with ambiguity and solving novel problems.
• Team‑first mentality and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle tough conversations gracefully.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk (or similar ticketing system).
• Familiarity with Notion (or comparable knowledge‑base tool).
• Knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM platform).
