Accounting Analyst / Financial Analyst

About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Analyst who will also act as a Financial Analyst to support our fast‑growing international team in Guadalajara. The role combines day‑to‑day account management with deeper financial analysis and reporting across our European subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Review, control and reconcile customer and supplier accounts (AR/AP).
- Perform balance reviews, reconciliations and identify issues.
- Analyse logistics and financial costs.
- Prepare financial reports and conduct multinational data analysis.
- Coordinate financial processes with international subsidiaries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role.
- Advanced English for daily professional use with international teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and make agile decisions.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
