Accounting Manager – Lead Financial Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to own and elevate our daily financial operations. You will drive a clean, efficient ledger, streamline transactional workflows, and ensure accurate financial data for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle under Mexican GAAP, establishing a reliable monthly close tempo.
• Optimize transactional flow: billing, collections, and vendor payments to eliminate cash‑flow friction.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for budgeting, trend analysis, and variance reporting.
• Design, refine, and implement scalable financial processes and controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial operations.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 or top‑tier CPA firm is highly valued.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with global teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with mid‑to‑large scale ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican GAAP standards.
