Accounts Payable Manager – Managed Services

About the role

Pwc is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high‑volume AP team within its Managed Services practice. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely payables processing, vendor reconciliations and supporting client inquiries while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end AP processing for multiple entities and high transaction volumes.
• Collaborate with the AP manager to ensure timely and accurate payment cycles.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve payment inquiries.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of AP specialists, managing performance and fostering a culture of quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements, tools and automation opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with accounting principles, internal controls and PwC’s professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of enterprise‑level Accounts Payable experience, preferably in shared services or multi‑entity environments.
• Hands‑on experience managing a team of AP specialists.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to handle complex vendor reconciliations and high‑volume processing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
