About the role

The Admissions Assistant supports the admissions team at International Schools, handling records, tours, inquiries, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth admissions process. The role contributes to the school's mission of placing children and students at the heart of everything we do. The assistant will help uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards, treating everyone with care and respect. They will operate effectively by focusing on the most important tasks and following school policies. Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Assist with campus tours and admissions events.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the admissions process.
