About the role
The Primary Head Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary students, fostering academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
- Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
- Oversee students’ academic, social, and emotional progress and implement support strategies.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians.
- Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
- Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
- Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.

- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
