Advanced Quality Engineer II

About the role

The Advanced Quality Engineer II will ensure successful process and product validation for Milwaukee Tools, applying advanced quality engineering expertise. This role supports complex and urgent transfer projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent transfer projects.
• Develop and validate key quality documents (CP, QRS, etc.) to ensure project readiness.
• Lead teams for root cause analysis of issues using 8D, A3 and other problem‑solving methods.
• Communicate and escalate any risk associated with quality issues throughout project stages.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and QMS topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in New Product Development, design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability.
• Technical English proficiency and ability to travel up to 25% internationally.
• Strong decision‑making based on data and risk assessment.

Required skills

• Root cause analysis methods (8D, A3).
• Statistical data analysis tools (Minitab, Power BI).
• Core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP).
• Test plan development.
• Mechanical and electronics engineering knowledge.
