Sr Project Leader Operations

About the role

The Operations Sr Project Leader will drive local strategic operations projects in Mexico, supporting the global growth of the business. You will lead cross‑functional teams to define manufacturing footprints, perform financial analyses, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set local operations strategies and determine optimal manufacturing footprint to support long‑term category growth.
• Perform financial analysis (ROI, tariff impact, make‑vs‑buy, CapEx) for assigned projects.
• Communicate project status across all levels, prepare presentations, and escalate risks or opportunities to senior leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, develop agendas, and document decisions to keep cross‑functional teams aligned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, finance, marketing or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in operations or manufacturing, including NPD, sourcing, forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Proven ability to manage medium to high‑complexity projects with aggressive schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
