AEM Lead

About the role

Arrow is seeking an AEM Lead to design, build, and optimize Adobe Experience Manager solutions for its digital experience platform. The role involves leading architecture, cloud implementations, and cross‑functional collaboration while mentoring developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end headless and hybrid AEM solutions using Content Fragments, Core Components, and React/Next.js for SSR/SSG and SEO.
• Guide AEM Cloud Service implementations, including template, workflow, Dispatcher, and deployment configurations.
• Oversee integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud and third‑party systems, troubleshooting performance and security issues.
• Drive code reviews, technical design sessions, sprint planning, and establish architecture standards.
• Mentor development teams and ensure compliance with security, accessibility, UX, and AEM engineering standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years hands‑on AEM.
• Strong fundamentals in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR/CRX.
• Experience designing component‑level and backend architectures in AEM.
• Proven technical leadership and mentorship experience.
• Understanding of cloud‑native architecture and AEM Cloud SDK.
