About the role

The Telephone Agent will join AB InBev’s call centre in Aguascalientes, supporting sales and customer service activities. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting the company’s beer portfolio, and assisting customers through public digital buying and selling platforms. The workplace is located at the Tres Centurias complex in Aguascalientes, and the role is performed onsite. Required profile

Completed high‑school education (Bachillerato).
At least one year of experience in sales processes and customer service.
