AI Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Content Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Spekit. You will use AI agents, large language models and automation to transform raw customer material into polished, platform-native content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents and LLM‑based workflows to scrape websites, import playbooks and generate structured topic hierarchies and Spekit libraries.
• Use Spekit’s AI Content Assistant to convert documents into native content and run AI‑assisted audits of existing libraries.
• Review and refine AI‑generated output, ensuring clear, concise, human‑like copy and consistent visual design.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to scope needs, build content, and occasionally interact directly with customers.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English with an eye for editorial quality.
• Design sensibility for hierarchy, formatting and visual consistency.
• Comfortable using AI tools and LLMs in daily work, including prompt engineering.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with large language models (LLM) and AI‑driven content workflows.
• Proficiency with content platforms such as Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion.
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts and prompt engineering.
