AI Native Software Engineer

About the role

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Software Engineer to join its global digital transformation teams. You will work on cutting‑edge AI‑enabled cloud native platforms, collaborating with clients and internal experts to deliver high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven microservices and serverless applications.
• Build and maintain cloud‑native APIs, containers, and orchestration workflows.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
• Integrate large‑language model capabilities such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) into production systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to adopt best‑in‑class development methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level) and ability to work client‑facing.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative mindset with a passion for AI and cloud technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with cloud‑native systems: APIs, microservices, containers, serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks and agentic system design (agents, workflows, RAG).
