AI Operations Executive (Full Time)

About the role

Darwin AI is looking for an AI Operations Executive to join its Operations team in Mexico City. The role suits someone who combines customer service skills with an interest in technology and AI, helping clients grow their use of the company's AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out the onboarding of new accounts received by the team.
• Follow up with productive clients to explore new use cases, communicate new functionalities and help them grow their business with the tool.
• Provide technical support to clients on the AI built.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer experience roles or technical support.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to make customer-oriented decisions.
• Practical experience creating and managing JSONs.
• Knowledge of process automation, preferably with Zapier.
• Team player able to adapt to dynamic, changing environments.
• Strong passion for technology, innovation and AI, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
