AI Solutions Architect

About the role

As an AI Solutions Architect you will guide clients through system integration and workflow automation on challenging projects, leveraging the company’s AI‑first approach and modern tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement efficient workflows using n8n or Retool.
• Conduct technical assessments to define data‑processing needs, workflows, or AI agents.
• Utilize RAG (Red, Amber, Green) frameworks and agent‑based systems to improve solution clarity and execution.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams during discovery phases to automate business processes.
• Provide hands‑on guidance in Python or Java and share knowledge across technical teams.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead technical documentation and train junior members on workflow automation technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge of n8n and Retool.
• Proven background in workflow automation and integration using Python or Java.
• Understanding of data handling techniques, APIs, and backend processes.
• Experience creating and managing agent‑based systems and familiarity with RAG methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
