Airport Representative – Los Cabos

About the role

TUI is seeking an enthusiastic Airport Representative to be the welcoming face for guests arriving in Los Cabos. You will create memorable first impressions, guide travelers through arrivals, departures and transfers, and ensure every question is answered from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the airport, providing clear information and support.
• Handle changes, challenges and last‑minute requests in a busy airport environment.
• Deliver see‑off speeches on buses and monitor service updates and guest feedback.
• Maintain smooth airport operations by coordinating arrivals, departures and transfers.
• Represent TUI’s values with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic and naturally connects with people.
• Customer‑focused, willing to go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences.
• Quick learner, comfortable with new technology and tools.
• Flexible schedule, including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts.
• Calm under pressure, proactive problem‑solver.
• Fully conversational in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Legal right to work in Mexico.
