Anaplan Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team in Queretaro, Mexico. The role focuses on designing, building and deploying Anaplan solutions that streamline financial planning, HR, supply‑chain and sales processes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Anaplan models for finance, HR, supply chain and sales domains.
• Lead analysis, solution design and configuration to improve financial planning and decision‑making.
• Conduct structured integration testing with internal teams and end users.
• Coordinate delivery of functional requirements, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Stabilize deployed solutions and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and collaborate with client finance teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of consulting or industry experience in finance transformation or related fields.
• Completed coursework in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data‑driven analysis.
