Assembly Quality Supervisor

About the role

The Assembly Quality Supervisor leads the plant’s quality and reliability initiatives, ensuring products meet customer expectations, internal standards, and IATF 16949 requirements. This position oversees the assembly quality team, drives continuous improvement, and manages customer‑related quality interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead activities to satisfy customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards.
• Coordinate the plant’s quality and reliability team.
• Improve quality metrics such as customer complaints and cost of poor quality.
• Conduct scheduled administrative reviews.
• Participate in global quality management and customer meetings.
• Provide daily follow‑up on non‑conforming product inventories.
• Analyze and respond to quality issues and customer complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality or a related field.
• At least 8 years of manufacturing quality experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• IATF 16949 standard knowledge.
