Asset Management Professional

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring an Asset Management Professional in Zapopan, Mexico, to support its customers with asset management strategies and deliver savings. The role reports to the AMP Team Leader and involves on-site support, diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with asset management strategies and administer repairs, inventories and maintenance strategies, delivering savings to customers and Rockwell.
• Analyze customer data to improve indicators and implement asset management techniques.
• Provide customer support through on-site installation and oversee diagnosis, troubleshooting and service of complex equipment.
• Promote AMR transactional services with target customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in a similar position and English at 70% level (spoken, read and written).
• Excellent communication skills, organized, disciplined, self-learning, proactive and self-oriented.
• Knowledge of Lean projects, Six Sigma and productivity projects.

Required skills

• Technical experience with Rockwell Automation products (VFDs, HMIs and Logix processors)
• PLC programming with RSLogix 5, 500/5000 and FactoryTalk Studio
• VFD Power Flex programming with Connected Components Workbench and Studio 5000
• HMI development with RSView32, RS View ME/SE and FactoryTalk View SE/ME
• Ethernet networking and Ethernet switch configuration
