Operation & Supply Chain Engineer (Leadership Development Program)

About the role

Rockwell Automation's Leadership Development Program (LDP) accelerates the growth of future people leaders and technical experts. It gives early-career professionals five six-month rotations across the Integrated Supply Chain organization, followed by a longer-term role matching their interests. The program lasts three years, reports to a department manager, and is based on site in Tecate.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three six-month rotations in required areas: Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials, Industrialization, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Complete one six-month elective rotation in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics.
• Complete a twelve-month capstone in plant supervision.
• Report to the department manager and hold ongoing development conversations with the program manager to plan each rotation.
• Develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and spoken).
• Preferred: B (Bien) or 80/100 grade average or better, and a major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferred: previous co-op or intern experience.
