Assistant Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Clinical Research Associate to support our global clinical trial portfolio. You will work remotely with the CRA and study Clinical Lead, helping to prepare sites, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with site preparedness, including pre‑study assessments and waiver handling.
- Support customization of site ICFs and review patient‑facing materials.
- Perform remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and verify document collection status.
- Coordinate site supply management, vendor qualification, and system access for site staff.
- Maintain vendor trackers, essential document collections, and site payment processes.
- Reconcile trial data such as CRFs, queries, deviations, SAEs, and safety reports.
- Follow up on missing or incomplete documents and drive corrective actions.
Required profile
- Ability to work in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail for document verification and data reconciliation.
