Assistant PMC Manager

About the role

Drive operational excellence and lead the Production Planning team to develop and execute production schedules that maximize output, optimize resources, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Production Planning team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute production schedules aligned with business priorities and customer demand.
• Partner with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, OPM, and OPD teams to resolve execution challenges.
• Facilitate daily planning reviews to identify risks, mitigate disruptions, and implement recovery plans.
• Balance production attainment, inventory levels, capacity, and customer commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing planning teams.
