Associate Account Manager – French & English Fluency

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for an Associate Account Manager who is fluent in French, English and Spanish to support lodging partners worldwide. You will work within the Travel Partnerships & Media team, helping partners maximise visibility and revenue on our platform through phone‑based outreach and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support existing partners to improve revenue, visibility and market share on Expedia sites.
• Guide partners in using self‑service tools such as Partner Central and optimise their listings.
• Identify growth opportunities through merchandising, promotions and platform programmes.
• Communicate market trends, marketing opportunities and actionable data insights.
• Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with partners and share best practices across the team.
• Represent partner feedback internally to improve systems, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, partner management, commercial operations or account management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade, educate and handle objections.
• High comfort level with phone‑based outreach and data‑driven discussions.
