Associate Account Manager – French & English Fluency

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for an Associate Account Manager who is fluent in French and English to manage a portfolio of lodging partners. You will work closely with new and existing partners to drive visibility, revenue, and market share across the Expedia platform.

Key responsibilities

• Source, contact, and convert new lodging partners using assigned leads.
• Articulate Expedia’s value proposition and guide partners through onboarding, ensuring accurate content, rates, and availability.
• Educate partners on competitive positioning, especially during high‑demand periods.
• Support existing partners to improve revenue, visibility, and market share on Expedia sites.
• Help partners adopt self‑service tools (Partner Central) and optimize listings.
• Identify growth opportunities through merchandising, promotions, and platform programs.
• Communicate market trends, marketing opportunities, and data‑driven insights.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with partners.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong phone‑based outreach and communication skills.
• Ability to work with data insights and partner tools.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
