Associate Analyst, Account Management

About the role

The Associate Analyst, Account Management supports Mastercard’s Market Delivery function by ensuring timely and efficient execution of key projects. You will work closely with sales, product, and account teams to define solutions and implement them for customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide PMO services for the assigned project portfolio, including KPI tracking, MIS reporting, financial impact monitoring, market launch coordination, and post‑implementation activities.
• Act as project manager and lead resources on small to mid‑size projects, overseeing scope, approach, and solution design.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to complete implementation and customer support tasks.
• Support product delivery processes by developing delivery procedures and completing assigned tasks.
• Research and deliver solutions for complex problems, responding to inquiries on products and tools for internal and external customers.
• Analyze data from product delivery projects and report performance against success metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, electronic processing, or related fields.
• Understanding of Mastercard’s customer delivery process.
• Strong project‑management skills, capable of scoping multiple work streams across teams and geographies.
• Analytical mindset with effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Experience working with Mastercard facilities, systems, and operations.
