Associate Channel Manager – Retail

About the role

The Associate Channel Manager – Retail drives growth and execution across assigned retail accounts, acting as the primary liaison between the organization and retail partners. This role focuses on business planning, retail strategy development, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate sell‑through and deliver profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of channel‑specific business plans, growth strategies, and commercial initiatives for retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, coordinating key initiatives and joint business planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to align priorities and ensure successful program execution.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory, market trends and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop recommendations to improve distribution, merchandising, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate product launches, retail marketing programs and in‑store execution activities.
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, forecast accuracy, inventory health, market share and promotional ROI.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and present business reviews, performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and retail partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, channel management or category management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to interpret sales, inventory and market data.
• Proven project management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1‑C2).
• Ability to travel as required with a valid visa.
