Sales Representative

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new sales acquisition of SME businesses in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering customized travel management solutions to corporate clients and building long‑term relationships with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressive prospecting and documentation of new business opportunities.
• Conduct deep discovery with CFOs, Procurement Leaders and Corporate Travel Managers to create tailored proposals and technology demos.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet monthly targets and KPI goals.
• Present Amex GBT’s value proposition and core products to prospects, aligning solutions with their travel investment objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or travel‑consultative environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to articulate cost‑benefit analyses.
• Competitive, positive attitude with resilience to setbacks.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills, especially with C‑level executives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in pipeline management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with technology tools used for travel management solutions.
• Ability to conduct consultative sales and deliver compelling presentations.
• English speaking proficiency.
