Associate Project Manager

About the role

Snowflake is looking for an Associate Project Manager in Mexico City to support the delivery of its most important customer engagements. It is an early-career opportunity to build project and customer delivery skills in the cloud data space, working closely with senior SDMs, Practice Managers, project teams and customers. The role is hybrid, three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Support Solution Architects, Practice Managers and Senior Services Delivery Managers with day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling, status tracking, documentation and internal communications
• Work with Consulting Managers, Technical Delivery Directors, Practice Directors and the Operations team so projects are delivered smoothly
• Create, update and track project plans, risks and action logs
• Own project reporting and metrics tracking for customer engagements
• Attend and support customer meetings, taking notes, follow-ups and next steps
• Build an understanding of Snowflake's delivery methodologies, tools and best practices
• Support delivery documentation such as statements of work, project artifacts and customer onboarding materials
• Take part in internal initiatives to improve delivery operations and customer experience

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, consulting, customer success or delivery support
• Bilingual Spanish and English required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Comfortable working across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams and tools
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn

Required skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software is a plus
• Bonus points for experience supporting technical or customer-facing teams, exposure to tools such as Smartsheet, Asana or Jira, and an understanding of data, cloud or SaaS concepts
