Associate Trainer

About the role

The Associate Trainer supports the delivery of SpotOn’s standardized onboarding curriculum for new Customer Experience (CX) team members. Working under experienced trainers, you will help schedule sessions, manage logistics, and document trainee progress while developing foundational facilitation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the Week 1 CX Core Curriculum to new hires and support instructor‑led training during Weeks 2‑4.
• Coordinate scheduling, credential setup, and onboarding logistics, ensuring smooth session execution.
• Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists, and support hands‑on exercises, simulations, and role‑plays.
• Deliver refresher or ad‑hoc training requests and maintain training materials for operational needs.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, floor managers, and Enablement Partners to align training with operational requirements.
• Collect trainee feedback, identify learning gaps, and help update content based on QA findings and operational changes.

Required profile

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Basic facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Strong communication, active listening, and documentation abilities.
• Collaboration, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑moving environment.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer success or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in fintech or SaaS, and certifications such as Train‑the‑Trainer, CompTIA CTT+, or ATD micro‑credentials.
