Associate Training & Quality Trainer

About the role

The Associate Training & Quality Trainer (Trainer II) delivers client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. The role ensures agents are fully prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and supports seamless transition from training to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead classroom training sessions, monitor student progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Prepare and present training materials using presentations, hands‑on demos, and interactive activities.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics and support operations during agent hand‑over to production.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings, and observing side‑by‑side.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design to develop training assets such as CBT, interactive modules, and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, focus groups, and interviews, and recommend curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in training, adult learning, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
