About the role
The Customer Service Coordinator will be the front‑line point of contact for travelers needing assistance in Spanish‑ and English‑speaking countries. Working from the Mexico City service centre, you will support clients across LAC, Spain and Portugal, ensuring they receive timely and empathetic help during travel disruptions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and explain policy benefits.
- Arrange emergency medical treatment and coordinate with medical, security and compliance teams.
- Track delayed luggage and manage trip cancellation or interruption claims.
- Document each case accurately and maintain detailed records.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong problem‑solving orientation and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work on cases that demand high attention, fast and accurate responses.
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
