Associate UX Researcher (AI‑Fluent)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an AI‑fluent Associate UX Researcher to join its Consumer Insights team. Working remotely from Mexico City, you will help shape the digital shopping experience across eCommerce platforms and native apps by putting the consumer’s voice at the center of product development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute mixed‑methods research across web and app experiences, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, concept testing, and benchmarking.
• Create research plans, discussion guides, surveys, and usability tasks using established frameworks and AI‑assisted tools.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools throughout the research lifecycle for transcription, tagging, clustering, summarization, synthesis, documentation, and insight communication while maintaining rigorous human judgment and privacy awareness.
• Analyze shopper feedback and usability data, identify patterns, and deliver actionable findings to inform product and design decisions.
• Coordinate logistics such as participant scheduling, note‑taking, project tracking, and repository upkeep.
• Stay current on emerging AI and UX research practices and propose responsible tool adoption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to product, design, and data‑science partners.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted research tools for transcription, tagging, clustering, and summarization.
• Experience conducting mixed‑methods UX research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, concept testing, benchmarking).
