Senior Visual Designer

About the role

Sequoia is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join its creative team in Mexico City. You will drive visual storytelling, design systems, and brand consistency across multiple brands in the Canopy portfolio. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, UX, Product, and Communications to turn strategic initiatives into cohesive, impactful creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual design systems, campaign concepts, illustrations, and motion graphics for web, digital campaigns, landing pages, social media, and email communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through production, ensuring high‑quality delivery and brand alignment.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output.
• Identify and implement scalable design solutions to strengthen brand systems across PeopleLoop, Sequoia, Transform, and Semper Virens.
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels while respecting each brand’s unique identity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in visual design, branding, and digital marketing, preferably with B2B brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, art direction, design‑system thinking, and polished execution.
• Proven experience using AI tools in the creative process.
• Ability to lead campaigns from brief to final delivery with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Excellent typographic and layout skills, fluent in both print and digital design.
