About the role

The Night Auditor / Order Taker is responsible for direct telephone sales, acting as a key pillar of the sales department. Working closely with the department manager, the role ensures smooth operations and high‑quality guest interactions during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote resort services and secure bookings.
• Take and process guest orders accurately over the phone.
• Collaborate with the department manager to align sales strategies and meet targets.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, orders, and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional, luxury‑focused service to guests and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
• Positive, motivating attitude toward colleagues and guests.
• Previous experience in telephone sales or a related hospitality role.
• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on luxury service standards.
