About the role
This temporary position at UPS focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service while supporting several internal groups. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, documenting issues, and ensuring each case is resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to customers through various communication channels.
- Support multiple departments by processing requests and completing projects on time.
- Document incoming information related to customer concerns and track case progress.
- Investigate evidence and follow up until each case is fully resolved.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work in a team environment.
Required skills
