About the role

Join Harding+ as a Beauty Sales Specialist and bring premium beauty experiences to guests aboard world‑class cruise ships. You’ll interact with travelers from every continent, helping them discover fragrances, cosmetics and skincare that enhance their holiday memories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
• Host and support beauty events, make‑over sessions and product demonstrations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and stocked.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional, memorable service.
• Collaborate with the onboard retail team to share best practices and drive overall performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty retail or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Enthusiasm for learning new brands and products.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment at sea.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
