Bell Desk Coordinator

About the role

The Bell Desk Coordinator joins the Front Office team at Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas, overseeing the resort’s front drive and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests, homeowners, and patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Bell Desk team, including bellmen and doormen, to deliver luxury-standard luggage handling, valet support, and transportation services.
• Manage the flow of guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Train new team members, provide continuous feedback, and conduct standards tests to uphold service excellence.
• Maintain high service standards in line with Four Seasons’ luxury brand expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in Guest Services or Bell Desk operations.
• Self‑driven, strategic, and able to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong team spirit, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience supervising front‑of‑house service teams.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
• Ability to train staff and assess performance against standards.
