Bilingual Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Specialist in Customer Acquisition to join our sales team in Mexico City. You will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our client’s products and services, driving new sales, and renewing existing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory and achieve revenue‑based quotas through renewals, upsells, and new sales.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to assess client requirements and address concerns.
• Handle high‑volume outbound phone and email contacts, overcoming objections and competitive pressures.
• Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date customer data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• High‑volume calling experience.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and bilingual capability.
• Willingness to commute to the office near Poliforum, Mexico City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
