Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Confie is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑growing call centre in Mexico City. You will be the first point of contact for customers of insurance partners, providing accurate information and friendly assistance in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering clear and helpful responses.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, policy details, and general support.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and forward complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Document each interaction accurately in the system.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic tone throughout every conversation.

Required profile

• Minimum high‑school education (Bachillerato General).
• At least one year of experience in a call‑center environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
