Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to connect with prospective clients, educate them about our services, and guide them through the enrollment process. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Col. Nueva, Mexicali, B.C.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound video calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish.
• Explain program benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections.
• Gather and accurately document client information and medical history when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and schedule appointments via Google video calls.
• Meet enrollment, quality, and productivity goals while collaborating with internal teams.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, sales, or collections.
• Strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with computer applications and ability to navigate multiple CRM platforms simultaneously.
