About the role

As a Call Center Agent at Redial BPO you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Document all interactions in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets for quality and efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

Proficiency with computer applications and multitasking.
Experience using a CRM system.
