Bilingual Legal Specialist Attorney (Mexico)

About the role
We are seeking a licensed Mexican attorney who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish to join our growing legal operations team. The role focuses on managing personal injury case workflows, coordinating client communication, and handling medical documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate client intake and first‑contact interactions for personal injury matters.
- Maintain bilingual communication with clients, providing regular case status updates.
- Retrieve, organize, and track medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurers, and internal legal teams.
- Create and update case files in the case management system, performing data entry and workflow tracking.
- Document standard operating procedures and support process‑improvement initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as the operation scales.
- Ensure secure handling of confidential client information.
Required profile
- Licensed attorney in Mexico with a valid título and cédula profesional.
- 1–2 years of experience in legal support, case management, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1) and native‑level Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
- Professionalism, reliability, discretion, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital case documentation tools and case management software.
